Why Choose
Priority Roofing?

We are proud to be one of the most trusted names in the roofing industry, and promise top tier customer service and excellence in all our jobs.

1
Tear Off

The first thing we do is tear off all existing layers of shingles

2
Decking

If the decking needs to be replaced, we replace up to 3 sheets of decking for no additional cost. If there is bad or rotted decking, we will replace it and invoice your insurance company for the difference.

3
Underlayment

The Synthetic underlayment we lay down provides a 100% waterproof barrier prior to the shingles being installed. This is significantly better than the industry standard #15 felt paper which only acts as a moisture barrier and is NOT waterproof.

4
Starter Strip

The Synthetic underlayment we lay down provides a 100% waterproof barrier prior to the shingles being installed. This is significantly better than the industry standard #15 felt paper which only acts as a moisture barrier and is NOT waterproof.

5
Yard Cleanup

Once finished, we go over the entire yard with a magnetic toolbar.

6
Valley Protection

We install Ice & Water Shield by GAF. It is made of a rubber membrane and will not tear or rip. It is also peel and stick so it will not allow water to get underneath and it is self sealing around the nails.

8
Ventilation

Ventilation is a key component to the longevity of the roof, therefore we will perform all the necessary equations to make sure your roof and home have the proper NFVA for the home to breathe and avoid malfunctions.

7
Dura Flow

We install DuraFlo pipe flashings around all plumbing pipes. DuraFlo puts a 35 year warranty on their pipe flashings. If it leaks, they will replace it. We believe that this is the absolute best and longest lasting pipe flashing available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Get to know more about our services
How often should I have my roof inspected?

Most homeowners opt to have their roof inspected at least once a year and always after a storm. We offer free inspections so you never need to be in the dark about the condition of your roof.

How do I know my roof is damaged?

Words are words. You may hear everything and anything from a roofing company. That’s why we show you photo documentation of any damage on your property and make sure you’re aware of the current parameters set by insurance companies to qualify for a totaled roof.

Who should I choose?
It’s hard to know who to trust. We encourage homeowners to ask questions. Your roofer should know the ins and outs of the roof and the insurance process. Check reviews. The best way to vet a company is to see what other people’s experiences are. Look for credentials. Choose a company that has the top certifications from the manufacturers products you’ll be installing.
