This is the absolute worst company! Please save your time, effort and energy and use someone else. We have been waiting... for almost a year for them to complete the job that they promised. We still do not have an inspection on the roof that they installed in September of last year. We have been unable to schedule our window installation despite numerous efforts to do so. Tim Hilgert did a great job at first but it has been months of ignored communications from him. He is completely unprofessional, does not communicate, return phone calls, emails or text messages and does not get the work completed that he promises. There is no reason why we should be dealing with this almost a year later! We have rearranged work schedules and child care schedules for dates that we thought would work, but because of his delay and lack of communication those all fell through. They completed a roof for my dad's house (who we referred to him) back in October of last year and almost a year later it has still yet to be inspected. This company has caused so much undue stress and frustration, we just want to be done with them! Please save yourself the aggravation and go with someone else!read more
