I can't begin to express how incredibly happy  I am with the service that Jon Nielsen and Prioity Roofing provided with the simple start of a phone call. I cannot tell you how many calls I had hung up on prior to Jon's or why I accepted his call other than he sounded very professional. There was an enormous hail storm. I had just heard from the insurance company. I had called and asked for an inspection and Jon was right here to meet with them. Priority Roofing had earned my trust! I WAS GETTING A NEW ROOF! So he told me to pick my shingles and they were delivered the following week. He took before and after drone pictures and sent them to me. That very day my roof was DONE!! He took care of all the insurance claims and I just waited for my payment. I could not believe how the weight was lifted off my shoulders! Priority Roofing is highly recommended. They did a great job on my roof due to the hail storm we had in Austin back in September 2023. From the first phone call, to assessment, to scheduling, dealing with the insurance company, and completing the job -- they did it all with the best outcome!

Now, to the more important part of my review - if you happen to deal with Ms. Faith Alvarado as your main contact during the process, rest assured you are in good hands. Faith was unbelievably patient, knowledgeable, kind, and overall a wonderful person to work with ! She was never tired of me asking all kinds of questions and always responded in length until she'd made sure I understood the process. If her manager reads this, please know she's a keeper! And she deserves a raise! Seriously, as we all know, the employees are those who make a business a success, because they make customers happy, and those customers remember that and spread the word. Salesman Brandon Roberts was our first introduction to Priority Roofing. From the first meeting it was obvious we were being treated like family. We were promised a prompt and professional roofing experience and that is exactly what we received. Brandon was on site from beginning to end making sure all our questions were answered and the installation process went smoothly.
When it comes to labor crews, Priority Roofing uses only the best!  We were very impressed with Ricardo and Daniel Lopez, along with their courteous and professional crew. In addition to the superb job, the crew went to meticulous lengths to ensure nothing was damaged during the installation process. And you can’t enough about how thorough the cleanup was.
